As a candidate for Capita U and launching your brilliant broking career, you may already have a background in the finance industry or a sales background and can see yourself having a Mortgage Broking career.

Ideally, you will already have a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking.

There’s a base salary for the first two years whilst we mentor you into a rewarding broking career.

You’ll work in our freshly fitted-out, contemporary designed headquarters alongside finance and real estate professionals.

We’ll provide practical and versatile learning that offers online, in the field, classroom and one-on-one workplace mentoring.

• Full understanding of the mortgage sales process , first client contact, interviewing techniques, presenting options, packaging a mortgage, loan submission through to settlement, developing customer data base.
• Compliance training – ongoing compliance support and education
• Software training – Using software platforms to capture client data and management through to the loan submission and settlement. Creating future opportunities with existing clients to grow your loan book.
• Marketing strategies – learn strategies to build your career by letting people know who you are and what you do – from collateral, through to on-line marketing.
• Understanding of loan scenarios – your FBAA qualified dedicated mentor will be available to help you develop and review loan scenarios.
• Professional development – access to Capita Finance Solutions and industry events allowing networking with seasoned professionals.
• Webinars – comprehensive schedule of webinars accessible from online or at a time of convenience to build your knowledge base.
• Accreditations – access to a panel of lender accreditations and ongoing product support.

As a successful Capita U candidate, you will have demonstrated commitment and enthusiasm. We’ll then support you with a base salary and associated mentoring costs through the two year program. We’ll also cover your credit representative fees and provide a Microsoft Surface Pro personal computer.
